HOLOHOLO SCIENCE
April 11, 2011Evening Program at 5:30pm – 7:30pm
Kilohana Rec. Center
This program introduces students (along with their parents) to the fields of medical science and health. Students play “doctor-detectives” as they solve medical mysteries and try to diagnose several different patients. Students gather information about the patients and perform tests on themselves in the following stations: heartbeat, breath flow, eyesight, skin and lice, food, teeth, temperature, and urine. Students learn about the tools that doctors and nurses use to track down the causes of symptoms.

Bring your own sleeping bag, blankets, and pillows and wear something comfortable.
